Traut is an iPhone app for independent creatives and self-employed creative professionals. It helps users organize projects, clients, tasks, events, files, references, finance movements, payment status and work insights from their phone.

2. No account creation
Traut does not require users to create an account.
There is no login, no user profile and no account-based service. Because no account is created, there is no account deletion process inside the app.
Users can remove their app data by deleting the data they added inside the app, where available, or by deleting the app from their device.
3. Information stored in the app
Traut stores information that users choose to add to the app.
This may include:
- project names and project details
- client names
- client email addresses
- client contact information
- client notes and project history
- tasks and task details
- deadlines and calendar events created inside the app
- project pipeline information
- files and documents added by the user
- PDFs and images added by the user
- Pinterest board links or reference links
- finance movements
- payment status
- income, project prices or project credit notes
- workload and project insight information generated from the data entered by the user
- app settings and preferences
This information is created and controlled by the user.
4. Local storage
Traut currently stores app data locally on the user's iPhone.
Traut does not currently use a cloud database, backend account system, third-party analytics service, advertising tracker or cloud sync service.
Because the data is stored locally, Kateryna Vanieieva does not normally have access to the information users add inside the app.
Depending on the user's Apple device settings, app data may be included in device backups managed by Apple, such as iCloud device backups. Apple's handling of those backups is governed by Apple's own terms and privacy policies.
5. Photos and files
Traut may request access to Photos or Files only when the user chooses to add images, PDFs or documents to a project.
Traut does not access the user's photos or files automatically. Access is used only to allow the user to select and attach content inside the app.
The user controls which files or images are added.
6. Notifications
Traut may ask permission to send notifications.
Notifications may be used for:
- task reminders
- deadline reminders
- overdue task reminders
- project-related reminders
Users can allow, disable or manage notifications through their iPhone settings.
7. Calendar and contacts
Traut does not currently access the user's Apple Calendar.
Traut does not currently access the user's Contacts.
Calendar events and client details inside Traut are created manually by the user inside the app.
8. Payments
Traut is available as a paid app through the Apple App Store.
Payments for the app are processed by Apple. Traut does not receive or store full payment card details.
Apple may process transaction and payment information according to Apple's own terms and privacy policies.
9. Analytics, advertising and tracking
Traut does not currently use third-party analytics tools.
Traut does not show advertising.
Traut does not sell personal data.
Traut does not use user data for advertising.
Traut does not use third-party advertising trackers.
Apple may provide developers with aggregated crash, performance or sales information through Apple developer tools, depending on Apple's systems and the user's device settings.
10. Support requests and waitlist form
If you contact support by email, we may receive:
- your email address
- the information you choose to include in your message
- screenshots or attachments you choose to send
- technical details you choose to provide, such as your device model, iOS version or app version
We use this information only to understand and respond to your support request.
If you join the waitlist through the website, we may receive:
- your name
- your email address
We use this information only to manage the Traut waitlist and send updates related to launch availability.
11. User responsibility
Traut is designed to store information entered by the user.
You are responsible for the information you add to the app, including client details, project information, files, financial notes and references.
You should only add information that you have the right to store and manage.
12. Data deletion
Because Traut does not use accounts and currently stores app data locally on the user's iPhone, users can remove their data by deleting the data inside the app, where available, or by deleting the app from their device.
If you contact support about data deletion, we can provide general guidance, but we may not be able to access or delete data stored only on your device.
If you sent personal information to us by email for support, you can request deletion of that support communication by contacting kate@vaneeva.com.
If you joined the waitlist, you can also ask us to delete your waitlist information by contacting kate@vaneeva.com.
13. Data retention
Data stored locally inside Traut remains on the user's device until the user deletes it, deletes specific app content, or deletes the app.
Support emails may be kept for as long as needed to respond to the request, maintain support records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations or protect legitimate interests.
Waitlist details may be kept until the waitlist is no longer needed, until you ask for deletion, or until they are no longer relevant for launch communication.
14. Security
Traut is designed to keep user-created app data on the user's device.
Users are responsible for keeping their iPhone, device passcode, Apple ID and device backups secure.
No digital system can guarantee complete security. If you believe your information has been exposed or affected by a technical issue, contact kate@vaneeva.com.
15. Children's privacy
Traut is not intended for children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through a support request, please contact kate@vaneeva.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
16. International users
Traut is operated from Portugal.
If you contact us from another country, your support request and related communication may be processed in Portugal or through email service providers used to receive and respond to messages.
17. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to request access, correction or deletion of personal information we hold about you.
Because Traut currently stores app data locally on your device and does not use accounts, we may not have access to the information stored inside your app.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
